The rumors are that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will have S Pen stylus support and an under-screen camera. Samsung might release a more affordable fold phone called the Z Fold S or Z Fold Scroll.
iPhone 13:
As a new iPhone is released each year, this year will be the year of iPhone 13. And, there will likely be four phones in the series.
